In September of 2011, the MLA for Port Moody-Coquitlam quit to take a job at the Vancouver Board of Trade. Ever since then, the 45,995 residents of Port Moody-Coquitlam have been without a representative in the BC Legislature.
In January, the MLA for Chilliwack-Hope also resigned, leaving 43,720 constituents without a voice.
Today, 90,000 British Columbians have no elected representative because Premier Christy Clark refuses to call these by-elections.
Will you send Christy Clark a twitter message right now demanding that she call the by-elections?
