Elenore Sturko’s party labels might shift - but not her longtime commitment to fiscal conservatism.
Even after leaving the BC Conservatives, Sturko affirmed: “I'm a fiscal conservative."
Sturko has repeatedly highlighted her pride in being a conservative:
“I’m proud to call myself a provincial and federal conservative,” she posted alongside a photo with Pierre Poilievre.
“I carry the same values & principles forward as a proud elected member of the Conservative Party of BC.”
From the beginning, Elenore Sturko has been clear about her priorities: “I’m not interested in fighting the right, I’m interested in defeating the NDP.”
CentreBC supporter and rumoured candidate Andrew Weaver also has a recent conservative streak, endorsing the B.C. Conservatives in the last election, despite their record of climate denial.
