VANCOUVER —John Horgan released the following statement to mark Asian Heritage Month:

“This month we celebrate the contributions of Canada’s Asian community to British Columbia’s heritage, economy and society.

“BC is Canada’s gateway to the Asia-Pacific. History and geography brought us together. We have grown together. We have shared successes and struggles. And today, we join together to honour their contributions to our province – past, present, and future.”
