The BC NDP: Taking action for you in Langford-Juan de Fuca
A by-election has been called for June 24 in Langford-Juan de Fuca.
Voting is one of the most important civic duties we have. It's our chance to choose the people who represent us and make big decisions about how our province is run.
In June 24th’s by-election here in Langford-Juan de Fuca, that choice is clear.
Since 2017, our BC NDP government has worked hard to make a difference in Langford-Juan de Fuca. Now Premier David Eby’s BC NDP team is ready to do more on things that matter to you:
Helping with costs and putting more money in your pocket with BC Hydro credits and an ICBC rate freeze
Expanding the Westshore Urgent Primary Care Centre and building a new healthcare centre in Sooke
Providing more accessible and affordable childcare and building new schools for our growing communities
Tackling housing costs by taking on real estate speculators and getting more homes built
And so much more.
For 16 years, the BC Liberals (now the BC United party) made choices that made life harder for British Columbians.
They raised fees on services that we all count on, made big cuts to education and healthcare and stood idly by while housing prices skyrocketed.
Even now, Kevin Falcon has said he’d cancel the BC NDP Speculation Tax and invite speculators back into the housing market.
The BC United party wants to roll back the progress we've made. For everyone in our community, we can't let that happen. In June 24th’s by-election, vote for Premier David Eby’s BC NDP team.
